Paul Finkelstein is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department who focuses his practice on antitrust litigation. Paul has experience defending clients in antitrust multi-district litigation involving claims of price-fixing and information sharing. Paul has also litigated numerous commercial disputes in federal and state court and has advised clients on antitrust compliance and risk.
Paul interned at Ballard Spahr as a summer associate. While in law school, he was a research assistant, focusing on modern record label contract provisions, music copyright law, and the effect of blockchain technology on the artist-label-consumer relationship. Paul completed an externship with the North Carolina State Board of Elections and represented clients to judgment as a student attorney with the Duke Law Civil Justice Clinic.
Prior to attending law school, Paul was employed with the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra for nearly 10 years, most recently as director of artistic projects and initiatives.
