Cassandra Ekure is an experienced litigator who focuses primarily on railroad litigation including FELA, and FRSA actions, as well as product liability, insurance coverage, toxic tort work, and complex e-discovery. Cassandra has extensive experience representing clients in state and federal courts and handles all aspects of pleadings including intricate motions for summary judgments and all manner of discovery motions.
