Zoe Eisberg is a Litigation associate who focuses her practice on complex litigation—including real estate, natural resources, construction, commercial, and election disputes—and appellate work. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, she worked at a well-known Alaska law firm, where she routinely litigated in all Alaska judicial districts and helped clients navigate thoughtful, long-term solutions to complex problems. Zoe has tried multiple civil jury trials to favorable verdicts and has participated in complex arbitral proceedings.
Outside of the courtroom, Zoe and her husband, Jeff, enjoy camping, riding motorcycles, and exploring all that Alaska has to offer.
