Tegan Edwards is an associate in the firm's Finance Department, focusing her practice on commercial finance matters. She represents commercial and investment banks, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured credit facilities and leveraged acquisition financings. Tegan also has experience drafting and negotiating non-disclosure agreements and non-reliance letters, as well as researching and analyzing securities law data.

- Represented Administrative Agent in connection with a $1.6 billion Amended and Restated Credit Facility, consisting of a $600 million Revolving Credit Facility and a $1 billion Term Loan Facility, to a health plan services provider
- Represented the Administrative Agent and Collateral Agent in connection with a senior secured credit facility for a Fintech company providing consumer device financing solutions in Latin America, comprising a $65 million term loan and a $40 million revolving credit facility, with the ability to incur up to $100 million of additional incremental commitments
