Philip M. Dodd is a transactional attorney who advises and represents public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, securities, and general corporate matters. Phil also advises public companies on securities law compliance, including the preparation, review, and filing of annual, quarterly, and periodic reports, proxy statements, and registration statements with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Prior to working at Ballard Spahr, Phil worked as an associate in the corporate department of an international law firm in San Diego.
