Ryan A. Daily

Ryan Daily is a Litigation associate who focuses his practice on commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Ryan worked at an Am Law A-List firm in New York, where his practice focused principally on nationwide class action defense, including of world-leading technology companies and financial service providers. In this role, he assisted in all aspects of complex commercial litigation in federal courts, including preparing for and taking affirmative, defensive, and non-party depositions, managing eDiscovery, and drafting briefs, substantive motions, letters, discovery requests, and expert reports.
