
Rebecca Krikorian Clary is a Litigation associate who focuses her practice on commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Rebecca worked at an Am Law 100 law firm where she represented various commercial clients in complex disputes, including matters regarding breach of contract, fraudulent inducement, and fraudulent misrepresentation. In this role, Rebecca also represented national franchisors in multi-plaintiff actions and arbitrations alleging violations of the California Franchise Relations Act and California Franchise Investment Law. Rebecca has also provided counsel to clients regarding cybersecurity issues and data privacy compliance.
