Kali Clark applies her experience in law, government, transit, and environmental science to advocate for clients in litigation, with an emphasis on real estate and construction-related disputes.
Kali’s legal experience includes summer associate positions at law firms, including at Lane Powell prior to its combination with Ballard Spahr in 2025. Kali also has field experience with the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, where she served in the Domestic Violence Unit of the Criminal Division as a Gregoire Fellow from the Seattle University School of Law, and with Climate Pledge Arena and the Seattle Kraken of the National Hockey League, where she worked with legal and business teams on compliance and clarity of documentation for vendor contracts, sponsorships, contests, and other team and venue activities.
