Giovanni I. Ciraulo

Giovanni Ciraulo is a Philadelphia-based Litigation associate who focuses his practice on commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Giovanni worked at an Am Law 200 law firm, where he served as the primary point of contact with both clients and opposing counsel for multiple matters. He also conducted legal research; drafted briefs, motions, and memoranda; took and defended depositions; and supervised junior associates and contract attorneys in all stages of discovery. 

While attending law school, Giovanni gained additional experience as a summer associate for a global law firm, a legal intern for Metra Metropolitan Rail in Chicago, and a litigation legal assistant for a Chambers-ranked law firm.
