In her antitrust practice, Habiba has extensive experience in completing Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) filings, managing complex merger reviews, and guiding clients through the HSR filing process. This comprehensive understanding allows her to deliver practical premerger notification strategies, anticipate regulatory expectations, and streamline filing processes for clients in a rapidly evolving antitrust landscape. In addition, Habiba has experience in complex multidistrict litigation matters involving claims of monopolization, price fixing, and unfair competition.

  • Defends a large broadcast company against antitrust claims alleging unlawful sharing of information
  • Represents a Swiss pharmaceutical company specializing in the development of generic and biosimilar medicines in one of the nation's largest multidistrict litigations, involving allegations of price-fixing and market allocation conspiracies in the generic drug industry
