Habiba Cheema is a Philadelphia litigation associate who practices complex commercial litigation with a focus on antitrust and competition matters, and is a member of Ballard Spahr’s Antitrust and Competition Group. In her antitrust practice, Habiba has extensive experience in completing Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) filings, managing complex merger reviews, and guiding clients through the HSR filing process.
