Michael Charlebois is an associate in the firm’s Finance Department who focuses his practice on public finance and project finance matters. He has experience serving as bond and disclosure counsel to more than 40 governmental entities, including school and community college districts, park districts, and municipalities. He also has served as underwriter’s counsel, disclosure counsel, bond counsel, and issuer’s counsel in connection with more than 55 charter school revenue bond and note financings, as well as revenue bonds financings for student housing projects, hospitals, and cultural centers.
During law school, Michael worked as a law clerk for two major solar energy companies. Prior to his legal career, Michael was a project manager at the University of Maryland’s Center for American Politics and Citizenship and worked as a fundraiser and finance director for various political campaigns in Western New York.
