Gavin Carpenter assists clients with labor and employment matters as a lawyer in the firm’s Litigation Department. He has experience advising clients on a wide range of employment practices and on limiting risk of litigation, as well as regularly reviewing employee handbooks, conducting sexual and workplace-harassment training, drafting position statements in EEOC and PHRC matters, handling internal investigations, preparing witnesses for depositions, and conducting and defending depositions. Gavin regularly advises employers on restrictive covenants related to non-solicitation and noncompete agreements in both Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.
While in law school, Gavin traveled to New Orleans to work with the Innocence Project, a nonprofit representing unjustly incarcerated individuals.
