Nate Cardinal is a commercial litigator in state and federal courts as well as in alternative forums. His practice includes contract and property disputes, commercial mortgage defaults, receiverships, fraud investigation, and privacy and data security.
Nate represents businesses, lenders, corporate trustees, and individuals at all phases of litigation from pre-pleading dispute resolution through trial to post-trial collection on judgments.
Prior to attending law school, Nate was a sales representative for an industrial compressed air systems company after he served in the U.S. Army as the Executive Office of an Army Dive Detachment.
