Brielle Brown focuses her practice on real estate development, property rights, and zoning and land use matters. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Brielle worked at a Chambers-ranked law firm, where she prepared zoning applications, supporting documentation, and addendum for zoning approvals across multiple jurisdictions in the greater Philadelphia area, as well as testimony outlines for hearings. In this role, Brielle led public hearing presentations before zoning hearing boards, planning commissions, and local governing bodies to secure successful zoning approvals.
While attending law school, Brielle gained additional experience through summer associate positions at a boutique law firm in Philadelphia.

Pro Bono Experience
Represented and successfully obtained a commutation for a formerly incarcerated individual who served more than 52 years in prison after demonstrating the individual’s completion of multiple violence-prevention courses, as well as established housing, employment, and strong community support. Following release, the individual now serves as a liaison for youth gang-violence prevention programs in Philadelphia, using his experience to help support violence prevention and positive outcomes for young people.
