Todd Brannon represents clients in all aspects of insolvency proceedings and distressed debt. He counsels clients on both federal and state insolvency and creditors' rights law, and ensures that clients receive thorough legal support throughout the litigation lifecycle.
During his time as a Judicial Clerk for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Washington, Todd developed a deep understanding of both the plan confirmation process and bankruptcy litigation. Prior to entering the legal field, Todd spent time in commercial lending and surety bonding, giving him a unique perspective into the banking and finance landscape. Todd also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing veterans in disability appeals before the Board of Veterans’ Appeals.
