Lorene L. Boudreau assists clients in a variety of environmental litigation matters and provides counsel on regulatory and transactional matters. Renie has been active in regulatory matters in the energy sector, including national rulemakings under the Clean Air Act and litigation. She also counsels clients on oil and gas leasing and conveyancing matters. She has experience representing clients in enforcement matters before the Pennsylvania Environmental Hearing Board.
Renie also has experience handling environmental aspects of real estate and business transactions through the representation of lenders and developers, including counseling on issues relating to risks arising from potential environmental liabilities such as underground storage tanks and asbestos.
