Jordan Bondurant is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department who focuses his practice on commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Jordan served as a judicial clerk in the New Jersey Supreme Court, where he prepared memoranda on a variety of complex civil and criminal appeals.
While attending law school, Jordan worked as a clinical law student at the Rutgers Intellectual Property Law Clinic. In this role, he drafted trademark opinion letters regarding U.S. Patent and Trademark Office application viability, trademark-assignment agreements, and non-disclosure agreements. He also advised clients on the development of internal strategies for protecting confidential business information.
Jordan gained additional experience as a summer associate at a Chambers-ranked law firm in New York. Before beginning his legal career, he worked as a professional actor.
