
Alicia H. Berenson focuses her practice on estate planning related to estate and gift taxes, family business succession, philanthropy and tax planning. Her experience includes preparing comprehensive estate planning documents, including wills and revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, limited liability company documents and premarital agreements. Alicia has also assisted clients with charitable planning, including establishing private charitable foundations and navigating the filing for tax-exempt status.
