Stan Beck has been involved in many of the major construction projects in the Pacific Northwest and has served in contracting and dispute roles in national and international projects. He is nationally recognized for his experience in construction litigation. He devotes his practice to an array of complex contract and litigation matters with a focus on construction and products, the latter usually concerning automobiles or firearms.

Included in Stan’s experience are decades of service as counsel on complex construction projects for the Port of Seattle and Sound Transit. In fact, he assisted in drafting Sound Transit’s construction-related and procurement documents. For the Port of Seattle, Stan provides contracting and procurement advice, as well as counsel on construction, insurance coverage, and related issues such as litigation.

Stan advises on all aspects affecting the construction industry for a diverse array of clients, including:
