
Izabella Babchinetskaya is an associate in the firm's White Collar Defense/Internal Investigations Group. As a former Ballard Spahr summer associate, she researched and drafted legal memoranda on issues including corporate fiduciary duties, antitrust matters, state sentencing guidelines, and tort damages. During her time in law school, Izabella was a member of Temple's National Trial Team where she was a regional champion.
Before law school, Izabella volunteered with the U.S. Department of Justice's Environmental Crimes Section. There, she reviewed and analyzed documents, compiled case materials, and edited an indictment against an operator of a saltwater disposal well.
