Izabella Babchinetskaya is an associate in the firm's White Collar Defense/Internal Investigations Group. Izabella’s practice also includes complex commercial litigation.
Izabella returned to Ballard Spahr from the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where she was a Special Assistant United States Attorney. In that role, Izabella worked with federal, state, and local law enforcement to investigate and prosecute violations of federal law, and successfully conducted federal jury trials to verdict.
