Brian S.S. Auerbach is an associate in the Intellectual Property Department who represents clients in a variety of litigation matters, including patent infringement, breaches of contract, trademark disputes, trade secret protection, and copyright infringement.
In addition to litigation, Brian is experienced in transactional matters such as software licensing and terms of service agreements, general technology transactions, ownership and authorship agreements, and technology services agreements. He frequently provides intellectual property portfolio management and enforcement counseling to both established and start-up companies.
