Eunice Ahaghotu


Eunice Ahaghotu is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department, focusing her practice on real estate development and transaction matters. Eunice is experienced in researching and summarizing case law in matters ranging from implied covenants in commercial leases and updates in commercial landlord/tenant law to developments in the law of access and exclusivity clauses in commercial leases.

As a 2019 and 2020 Ballard Spahr Summer Associate, she handled lease and title abstracts, reviewed loan documents for transfer restrictions and borrower’s rights to secure additional debt, and drafted closing documents—including special warranty deeds, closing instruction letters, and owner affidavits.
