Udbhav Agarwal

Udbhav Agarwal is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department who focuses his practice on securities enforcement and corporate governance litigation. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, he worked as a student attorney at the Center for Applied Legal Studies at his law school. In this role, Udbhav represented an asylum applicant in immigration removal proceedings at the Hyattsville Immigration Court in Maryland.

Udbhav gained additional experience as a summer associate at Ballard Spahr and through a legal internship at the Federal Legislation Clinic while attending law school, as well as serving as a teaching assistant while pursuing his Ph.D.
