Michael A. Hotz

Michael Arlen Hotz is a New York consumer financial services attorney. He has experience researching, analyzing, and developing compliance initiatives related to financial institution regulations.

Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Michael worked in the Cybersecurity Division of the New York Department of Financial Services and in the financial crime compliance department of Goldman Sachs. He interned with the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office and was a congressional intern for U.S. Rep. David Cicilline.
