Brianna Howard, a Los Angeles-based member of Ballard Spahr’s Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group, has been elected a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation (ABF), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit research institute. Less than 1 percent of licensed attorneys are eligible to be named Fellows.
ABF is committed to the principle that a deep understanding of the law is vital to a more just, equitable world. It researches the intersection of law and society and produces nonpartisan and actionable findings that individuals and other institutions use to shape laws, inform policy, and influence society at large.
Brianna focuses her practice on complex commercial and consumer litigation, representing clients in high-stakes product liability, class action litigation, and commercial disputes across a wide range of industries. She advises on all stages of litigation, from early case assessment through discovery, dispositive motions, settlement, trial, and appeals.
