Ballard Spahr's Brianna Howard Named Lawyer on the Fast Track

Ballard Spahr Litigation Associate Brianna Howard has been named a Lawyer on the Fast Track (General Litigation) by The Recorder, Law.com/American Lawyer Media’s California publication.

The Lawyer on the Fast Track (General Litigation) honor is part of The Recorder’s California Legal Awards, which recognize the achievements of lawyers and companies leading technology, innovation, and the profession as a whole. The Recorder’s staff selected this year’s honorees from a record-breaking field of more than 600 submitted nominations.

In her practice, Brianna counsels and defends clients in the consumer goods, technology, retail, e-commerce, and banking sectors in U.S. federal and state courts, guiding them through each phase of litigation from pre-trial strategy assessments to trial and appeals. She is a member of Ballard Spahr’s Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Privacy and Data Security Groups, as well as its Manufacturing and Consumer Products and Retail & E-Commerce Industry Teams.
