Ballard Spahr Relocates Delaware Office, Still in the Heart of Downtown Wilmington

Ballard Spahr Chair Peter Michaud announced today that the national law firm has relocated its Delaware office to newly upgraded space in the PNC Bank Center at 222 Delaware Ave., 10^th Floor, Wilmington, DE 19801.

Ballard Spahr opened its Delaware office in Wilmington in 2002. Its new space is not far from its previous location and is within easy walking distance of Delaware’s state and federal courts, as well as numerous hotels, restaurants, and shops.

The move marks a new chapter for the firm’s Delaware presence, providing a workspace designed to enhance collaboration, flexibility, and client service. The new office has updated amenities and an attractive environment for attorneys, staff, and visiting clients.
