Counties Neighboring Philadelphia File Joint Brief in Support of Lawsuit to Restore Slavery Exhibit

Ballard Spahr is working on a pro bono basis with five counties neighboring Philadelphia to challenge removal of the slavery exhibit at the President's House historic site near Independence Hall. The amicus brief from Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties notes their proximity to and shared history with Philadelphia.
