Real Estate Development Attorney Ezra Hammer Joins Ballard Spahr in Portland

Ezra Hammer—a real estate development attorney with more than a decade of experience in the land use and housing sectors—has joined Ballard Spahr’s Real Estate Department, Real Estate Development and Property Rights Group, and Zoning and Land Use and Housing Industry Teams as counsel, firm Chair Peter Michaud announced today. Ezra will be resident in the firm’s Portland office.

At Ballard Spahr, Ezra will advise on complex land use matters and maximize development potential for housing, commercial, industrial, and institutional uses. Before joining the firm, he worked for the Home Building Association of Greater Portland and homebuilder Richmond American Homes. He also was a senior land use planner for the City of Los Angeles.
