A decade or so ago, Lisa said, many clients specified in their outside counsel guidelines that they did not want their data stored in the cloud, but those sorts of terms have since gone by the wayside. “That’s impossible now,” she said. “The way that we’ve made that shift is what we’re going to see with generative AI.”
