Barclays Avoids Suit in Pennsylvania Over Adobe Info Sharing

Ballard Spahr helped Barclays Bank Delaware defeat a proposed Pennsylvania class action lawsuit alleging numerous privacy violations. The Ballard team, led by Gregory Szewczyk, J. Matt Thornton, and Alexia "Lexi" Chapman, secured a dismissal with prejudice on Barclays’ motion to dismiss in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, one of the emerging battlegrounds for privacy class action lawsuits.
