Murfreesboro Sued Over Ordinance and BoroPride Festival Permit Denial

WKRN in Nashville and Yahoo News reported on Ballard Spahr's pro bono participation in filing a lawsuit against a Tennessee city. The City of Murfreesboro and its officials have adopted "blatantly unconstitutional restrictions on expression" and are discriminating against the LGBTQ+ community, said Michael P. Robotti, who leads Ballard Spahr's team that is working with the American Civil Liberties Union to represent the Tennessee Equality Project in the case.
