With Help From Ballard Spahr, a Baltimore Mortuary Becomes an Affordable Creative Arts Hub

Baltimore Real Estate associates Alyssa Domzal and Sumbul I. Alam helped the owner of a historic rowhouse, which had been a mortuary for 108 years, become an "affordable creative hub for art and artists in the Station North Arts District."

"Baltimore's weirdness is worth celebrating," the owner of the space told The Baltimore Sun.
