Dr. Ken Sonnenfeld Named to IAM Global Leaders 2023 List

Ballard Spahr Intellectual Property Partner Kenneth H. Sonnenfeld, Ph.D., has been named to the IAM Global Leaders 2023 list of distinguished patent attorneys worldwide.

To qualify for inclusion in the IAM Global Leaders list, individuals must be ranked in the gold tier of the IAM Patent 1000, IAM’s annual directory identifying top law firms and individuals in the world’s most significant patent jurisdictions. Based in Ballard Spahr’s office in New York City, Dr. Sonnenfeld is a patent attorney with over 30 years of experience as intellectual property counsel to biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry clients ranging from domestic startups to multinational corporations and research institutions. Dr. Sonnenfeld’s practice includes representing companies in patent litigation in both patent enforcement and defense matters; counseling on patent strategy including providing opinions of counsel, managing world-wide patent prosecution portfolios; and handling patent diligence and licensing matters.
