Banks Face Growing Regulatory Scrutiny Over Russia Export Control Violations

S&P Global Market Intelligence spoke to Terence M. Grugan for an article about how regulators are raising expectations for banks' compliance programs. The impetus is their concern that lenders may be breaching export controls by financing the trade of equipment for military use in Russia via intermediary countries.
