Ballard Spahr, American Oversight Seek Records on Virginia Teacher Tip Line

August 9, 2022

As reported by the Washington Post, Ballard Spahr and nonprofit ethics watchdog group American Oversight recently filed suit seeking records related to a "tip line" set up by Virginia's governor so parents can report school employees who teach "divisive subjects."

Chad R. BowmanAlia L. Smith and Jacob M. Schriner-Briggs are involved in the case. All are members of Ballard Spahr's Litigation Department and Media and Entertainment Law Group.
