Ballard Spahr's Tom Hauser Receives Connect CRE 'Lawyers in Real Estate' Award

Thomas A. Hauser, a Ballard Spahr partner and co-leader of the firm's Real Estate Finance practice, has been recognized as one of the top 10 real estate attorneys in the Baltimore/Washington, D.C., region by commercial real estate news and information service Connect CRE.

Honorees in Connect CRE’s 2021 Lawyers in Real Estate Awards program were selected for excelling in their practices, as well as contributions to the commercial real estate industry and their communities.

Based in Ballard Spahr’s Baltimore office, Mr. Hauser is a real estate and finance lawyer who represents lenders, investors, borrowers, and other sources of capital in the purchase, sale, financing, and restructuring of real estate and real estate-related assets. Connect CRE notes that Mr. Hauser “regularly handles 10-figure transactions involving multiple layers of financing and complex ownership structures.”
