What Colorado's New Data-Privacy Bill Means for Businesses and Consumers

Greg Szewczyk spoke to the Denver Business Journal about a Colorado bill that would allow consumers to understand and have a say in what information businesses have on them. The bill originally allowed for a very broad opting out process for consumers, but those allowances have been narrowed through rounds of amending the bill. Mr. Szewczyk said, "This was one of the biggest changes as the bill moved through the Legislature."
