ACLU and Ballard Spahr Seek Access to 'Secret' Minneapolis Police Discipline Files

KARE 11 News covered the filing of a lawsuit by the ACLU, Minnesota Coalition on Government Information, and Ballard Spahr against the Minneapolis Police Department. The plaintiffs want the city to release details about hundreds of police misconduct cases currently kept secret.
