Billionaire's $15 Million Fishing Lodge Faces Seizure in Record Tax Case

Peter Hardy spoke to Bloomberg about the current $2 billion fraud investigation into Robert Brockman.  Mr. Hardy commented, "The billionaire may be forced to turn over some assets even if a judge agrees with claims by Brockman’s attorneys that he isn’t competent to stand trial or he is found not guilty." Mr. Brockman's $15 million Colorado fishing lodge is facing seizure due to alleged "tainted funds."
