Ballard Spahr represented Qumu Corporation in its recent $23 million underwritten public offering, which was upsized just prior to pricing. Craig-Hallum Capital Group acted as the sole managing underwriter for the offering.
Qumu Corporation (Nasdaq: QUMU) is a leading provider of cloud-based enterprise video technology for organizations of all sizes.
Minneapolis-based Business and Transactions Partner April Hamlin led the Ballard Spahr team that handled the public offering. The team included Business and Transactions Partner Jonathan B. Levy in Minneapolis and Business and Transactions Associate Joanna Jiang in Washington, D.C.
In January 2021, Ballard Spahr also advised Qumu in connection with its $10 million revolving line of credit with Wells Fargo. The Ballard Spahr team for that matter was led by Business and Transactions Partner Anuj Goswami in Philadelphia and included Ms. Hamlin and Business and Transactions Associate Katie M. LaGrange in Minneapolis.
“Qumu is at the cutting edge of the global transformation in the way organizations communicate by video,” Ms. Hamlin said. “We were pleased to be able to serve Qumu in both debt and equity capital raising matters. All of us at Ballard Spahr look forward to seeing what Qumu has in store for the future.”
