Behind Ballard Spahr's Program Offering Struggling Businesses Free Legal Work

Greg Seltzer, who co-leads Ballard Spahr's Emerging Companies and Venture Capital Group, spoke to the Philadelphia Business Journal about the Entrepreneur Legal Relief Program. As of this story, 53 Philadelphia-area businesses were participating in the program, while another 15 received referrals. Businesses from retail, manufacturing and hospitality are the most common participants.
