Ballard Spahr Partner John L. Culhane, Jr., is among the 1 percent of National Law Review contributors whom the publication has recognized with a 2019 Go-To Thought Leadership Award.

Mr. Culhane, whose practice focuses on innovative loan, leasing, and payment programs with an emphasis on education finance, is a frequent contributor to the National Law Review on developments in consumer financial services law.
