Joseph Anderson III Named to 2018 Georgia Trend Elite List

Joseph P. Anderson III—who is of counsel in Ballard Spahr's Atlanta office—has been named to Georgia Trend's 2018 "Legal Elite" list of the state's top attorneys.

Georgia Trend compiles the annual list using a peer nomination process. The attorneys selected represent 16 practice areas. Mr. Anderson was recognized in the Intellectual Property category. A member of Ballard Spahr's Patent Group and Mechanical Technologies team, he is particularly well-known for his work advising clients in the industrial, consumer product, and medical device sectors on infringement risk as well as counseling on design issues during product launches. He has experience in preparing, filing, and prosecuting utility and design patent applications, both domestically and internationally.
