Judge Puts Brakes on FedEx's Drivers' Claims They Were Fired for Facebook Posts

A New Jersey federal judge dismissed a lawsuit filed by two FedEx drivers who claimed that they were wrongfully fired because of an argument with a fellow employee and for the social media posts that occurred after the argument.
