Johnny Bobbitt Will Get His Full $400,000, GoFundMe Says

The Philadelphia Inquirer interviewed Ballard Spahr Partner Stephen Stigall for an article about a decision by GoFundMe to give Johnny Bobbitt the money that was raised for him. Mr. Bobbitt, a homeless man who gave his last $20 to help a motorist who had run out of gas, initially did not receive the proceeds from the fundraiser due to questions of the charitable campaigns legitimacy.
