Harford County Sheriff's Office Cited in ACLU Lawsuit Against ICE

McCormack—against the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). The suit seeks information on people held for immigration screenings, as well as the process involved in that decision-making.
