Association of Transportation Law Professionals 97th Annual Meeting

Katie Matison and Sean D. Jackson, both partners on Ballard Spahr's Transportation & Logistics team, will speak at the Association of Transportation Law Professionals' 2026 annual conference.

From 1:00 to 1:30 p.m. on June 21, Katie will give the presentation "Modal Update - Maritime." Katie will also moderate a panel titled "The M/V DALI Knocked Down a Bridge; Will Traditional Industry Protections Remain Standing?" from 8:10 to 9:00 a.m. on June 22. She will be joined in conversation by Alexander Giles, Patrick Nolan, and David Williams.

Sean will speak from 8:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. on June 23, the third and final day of the conference, for his presentation "Modal Update - Labor."
