The event description:
From arbitration to human rights to enforcement, this program explores the evolution of legal standards governing corruption across international legal regimes. The panel will focus on the connective tissue among these tracks: how cross-border investigations generate evidence for arbitration; how human-rights framing may influence illegality analyses and compliance expectations; and what the evolving enforcement architecture means for deal diligence, dispute prevention, and crisis response.
