Complying with the Consolidated Appropriations Act and Transparency Regulations

In this webinar, Edward I. Leeds and Kim Steefel of Ballard Spahr's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group will discuss the significant new health plan requirements introduced by the Consolidated Appropriations Act and Transparency Regulations. They will also address measures that health plan sponsors will need to take in response to the new rules.

This program will be of particular interest to in-house counsel that advises HR and benefits staff on employer sponsored health plans and the HR and benefits staff.
